Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at Kindustry's discretion within 7 days of purchase for digital items that have not been used. Physical merchandise follows standard return policies stated at time of purchase.
All Kindustry branding, logos, and content are owned by Kindustry. You may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission.
Kindustry is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our platform, including loss of data or tournament prizes due to technical issues beyond our control.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Kindustry after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify users of major changes via Discord.
